Claims are going to happen tomorrow, Sunday, May 6th at 5pm EST.

Here’s how claiming is going to work –

At this time, a Google form will be posted to the blog. If you’re an
artist and you’d like to claim a fic, you’ll need to fill out your URL,
email address, and the prompt numbers of the fics you’re interested in.
You’ll be able to give a first, second and third choice – you’ll only be
making art for one fic, but since art claims tend to be busy, listing
more gives you a good chance of getting a fic that inspires you if
someone else has picked your first choice first.

Once a fic has
been successfully claimed, both author and artist will be sent an email
with each other’s contact information. (Writers, you don’t have to do
anything before you get this email!) From there, you should get in touch
with each other, share fic drafts and start discussing plans for
artwork!

If not all fics are successfully claimed within 24
hours, a second round of art claims will be opened up. In round 2,
artists who already claimed a fic have the option of making art for a
second, as well. Round 2 is also open to new artists who missed round
1!
