The jist of it was that Rich got all made up to try and fool Sebastian into hitting on him and trying to take him back to his room. Rich had on prosthetic make-up and a wig, still as a man, but a very different looking one.

There was a big masquerade party, and I think Rob was also wearing a wig dressed like a woman. Anyways, so everyone ends up getting hammered and Sebastian ends up seducing Rich and they sleep together.

In the morning, Rich’s make-up came off. Cue Sebastian being furious and chasing Rich sans clothing around a hotel room. Everything is fully on display, and bouncing everywhere and Rich is particularly well-endowed.
